Trevor and Jason's 'Thing Wot's Sort Of Like An Advent Calendar', #12
12.) How is your character with technology? Super savvy, or way behind the times? Letters or email?

Trevor makes a deliberate effort to stay on top of developments, although his natural sympathies lie much more with the desire to evaluate each new invention in terms of its impact upon people before plunging in wholesale to change everything every ten minutes. (Don't ever get him started about the past century. Ever.) He'd probably be quite happy living amongst the Amish if he could resolve his trust issues regarding the lifestyle.

Jason was born in 1987, so technology is simply the water he swims in; if he's ever handwritten a letter longer than signing his name to a card in his life I'd be very surprised, and the only reason he might be behind an individual curve here and there is simply that he was raised as one of triplets by two professors and thus the gadget budget was something to be mindfully frugal about -- he's not an early-adopter but it's more financial than inherently philosophical.

(Rumours that Trevor is studying his young flatmate's patterns are... probably not so far off the mark, come to think of it.)
