Interesting coincidence as I was surfing just now: having grown curious about the origin of the term 'squicked' which I used to describe my mood Saturday RE the first dead mouse, I went a-Googling, and eventually fetched up at Teresa Nielsen Hayden's blog again. Odd world, this is.
