On slippery slopes.
In a disturbing progression, the "whomping objects through the air" motif popular in Flash games has moved from whomping penguins to whomping humans. I really shouldn't be so amused by this, but I'm too busy trying to beat 1419.57 to worry over the moral ramifications of this development...

feeling: too amused

It's horrible...not the whomping humans part, but the fact that I haven't been able to raise my high score past the 600s.

If you click on the word "aerial" on the left side when it's lit up blue, the girl on the bike will teleport in and hit him again in midair, I discovered accidentally. Do we know anyone who can read enough Japanese to figure out the rest of the instructions...?

Thanks for the specific tip.

Thanks for the specific tip. <lj=groby>, who originally turned me on to the game, gave me that advice yesterday, but didn't tell me how to use the aerial to my advantage. Before your help, I was frantically pushing buttons trying to figure out how to use the aerials. I don't know if <lj user=groby> knows Japanese, but he's figured it out well enough to have a high score in the 7000s. Bastard.

Okay, so far my best is 1194.90, and I'm trying to figure out if there's anything you can do to aim towards the pedestrians...

No, you eat it!

and eat it some more!

But I suspect groby could put the smack down on all of us, from donia's comments above.

Re: Eat my bike

Suitably impressed. How many Specials did you get on that run?

Re: Eat my bike

Lord, I don't know. I know I got at least two of the bizarre animation boost type specials, because I remember laughing at them, but beyond that, no clue.

The penguin whomping has grown into quite the industry:

That took up entirely too much of my afternoon. Fun!
