Excuse me, I'm making perfect sense, you're just not keeping up

Still no return communications from the condo association and now they've gone and put the compost bin right on the plot that I'd indicated in my last email that I would be content to limit my gardening to. (Which they had to go out of their way to do, it's 15' away from where it was before when they could have just moved it about 18". Plus they managed to behead my overwintered garlic in the process.) Really starting to feel unwelcome in my own home here... {fumes}

That. Sounds like malice. *hugs you tightly*

Basically, the only non-jerkass explanation that they could come up with right about now is that they put it on the smaller of the two plots so I'd have the larger one to work with (although it's farther from the hose which is why I asked about the small one in the first place); otherwise... yeah, now Mum's on the verge of biting someone over this. I really wish we'd been able to afford a single-family home in the first place...

Glah. Do these people have an office? Or some other place where they can be glared at in person?

It's just the aggregate of the people who own the ten units in the building -- IE, the dread committee where no one's actually In Charge. I'm not even sure which of them I'm supposed to be glaring at; I've defaulted to "the one who emailed just-me about the situation last Friday" (which is when the last actual 2-way communications w/ anyone happened), since we have a phone# for them as well, but they've got concerns of their own and might well be too stressed-out themselves to have many spoons left over for my irrelevant shit. At this point I'm having to leave it on Mum to handle this because I will go off on the next neighbor I try to say more than "hi" to, I think. And you can picture how many spoons Mum has left over after work... {sigh}
