Dear Muse: From an intellectual standpoint, your arguments as to why the Kebab'verse version of They Keep Killing Suzie would end up having to be labeled for extremely dubious consent and technical necrophilia appear to be valid, and even rather interesting in and of themselves considering that the necrophilia doesn't seem to involve any of the usual suspects and the deceased party is the rapist. However, I am trying to work on a relatively lighthearted story that needs 2k more words of it by next Monday or else, and even leaving aside the question that the fandom at issue has usual suspects WRT the idea of necrophilia and this has apparently long since stopped registering as a problem, I would very much appreciate if you'd stop teasing the basket of puppies I call a brain with all of that and show up for work sometime today, yeah?

Hi! I've been following Yours, Mine and Ours over on Teaspoon, but I don't have an account so I can't comment there. I accidentally left this comment on the fictional-character-love meme while misunderstanding the directions, but there's no sense in wasting a good compliment, so here you go! :)

You have an absolute gift for the timey-wimeyness which is surprisingly rare for a time-travel fandom, and an impeccable sense of comic timing, and I really just love your work far too much to be sensible. (And yes, I mean that literally- I have more than once read chapter after chapter when I was supposed to be doing homework.)

Also, to make this vaguely on-topic, this: "leaving aside the question that the fandom at issue has usual suspects WRT the idea of necrophilia and this has apparently long since stopped registering as a problem"? Brilliant way of putting it.

Heh, well, there's always the version that lives over here... ;)

I have more than once read chapter after chapter when I was supposed to be doing homework

Hell, I get sucked into it when I'm supposed to only be cross-checking a detail to work on the rest... ;)

Brilliant way of putting it

And I've actually just written myself into a worse conundrum than that one, warnings-wise: it's not so much the part where the TARDIS-BigBang story is going to need advisories for masturbation, domestic violence, and theoretical bestiality that's freaking me out... as that the character responsible is Rhys. Because apparently, with anyone else around here this would make some small amount of sense... Always the quiet ones, though. ;)
